EMPOWER anticipates significant growth over the course of its first 2 years, including an estimated doubling of providers and service capacity the first year and a tripling, the second year. From the start, EMPOWER’s operational infrastructure and spaces were designed to accommodate 3x the providers as are expected to serve at its headquarters’ center, when it initially opens. In addition, once the flagship center in Greenwood Village reaches capacity and is fully optimized, it shall serve as a prototype for additional centers, that will be stood up in other neighborhoods in Colorado and beyond, where most merited by population and demand. EMPOWER is seeking funding to help cover start up and operational costs, especially for the flagship center’s first year, because of the expectation it will not reach potential capacity for about 2 years. Additionally, charitable donations and grant funding will facilitate standing up and optimizing future, state of the art, EMPOWER centers, across Colorado and beyond.
